Does any one have any ideas or poses for making a level 8 beam routine? Also, how long is one supposed to be and what are the required elements?

Thanks!

the charlston is a popular dance move on the beam from there get in ready position and do a jump or flight the scales were u grab your foot is also an exeptional pose

and the of the requirments i know is a flight series such as back hand back hand or back walk back hand, switch leap u need 180, realy things your coach would know

You need:
  • 4 As and 4 Bs (C dance is counted as B)
  • a flight series
  • a full turn on one foot
  • a 180 degree split
So, a sample routine would have switch leap (C), backwalkover backhandspring (A, B), full turn (A), tuck jump split jump (A,B) and roundoff backtuck dismount (B,A)

Make sure you have a good balance between quick poses and held poses and that you do a lot in releve. Hope this helps!

um no not realy u switch leap in 8 and u must have a flight series thank u very much ;)

...They were just saying her coach doesn't know the full requirements so her coach didn't know that ;) ... It wasn't anything about what you said about skills(?)
