My youngest dd told me she was doing a handstand against the wall at gym that she said it was like sitting on a chair upside down by pushing your bottom down. Any ideas what it is and what purpose of it? Is it a conditioning exercise?

yes.

Thought it might be, what will this help with? Will help with strength, flexibility or both?
