    Training a double back off rings w/o pit rings

    I think my one level 8 guy is ready to start learning double-backs off rings, but I'm not sure how best to teach them without pit rings. When I was learning, I basically just chucked it on pit rings until it felt good enough to do it on a mat. Any pointers?

    After three yeas as a floor specilist, I've finally gotten new grips and decided to start training all six events again. Anybody else ever do anything like this? Like, stop doing an event (or stop training altogether) for a few years and then get back into it? How did it go?

    Probably it isn't know with anyone else, but a lot of clubs in Holland, the smaller ones, don't have a proper training hall to go to. They have to build everything up, when there is a training. Was just wondering if anyone else's club has that?
