Lately, when ever I do a back handspring at home on my mat(only a couple of inches thick) my head and my wrist end up hurting. Any suggestions or explanation or even tips would help.Does this happen to any of you? Thanks:)

Maybe it is actually the lack of springiness in you living room floor. I mean a mat is softish but has no springiness= more impact on all your joints.
