I need a bit of advice for a few skills...
First is my kip. It’s pretty consistent but I always seem to bend my arms a little and slightly hunch over the bar. How can I fix this?
Second is my back walkover on beam. This is sort of a 50/50 skill for me. It’s either perfect or I don’t make it at all. I always dip my left hip and fall off. I just can’t seem to get it right. Any advice on this?
