As a gymnast I think it's a good idea updating other gymnasts on your abilities and what you've learnt recently.
:)Comment Yours:)

Mine is:

Vault:
Half on Half off
Handspring
Round off
Learning Tsuk, slowly (off spring boards into light sponge)(hands go on springboard and you do it but land on back))

Beam:
Cartwheel
Handtsand
Hand stand half turn
Pike, Split, Wolf jump, tuck half turn, changing leaps.
Backwalkover (fear, so don't do it all the time apart from low beam)
Back handspring (low beam, still working on it)
round off (still learning comes and goes)
dismount, back tuck or pike.

Floor:
aerial
front tuck
round off back handspring back tuck and learning layout
3 front handspring
fly spring
back handsprings (up to 10 in a row)
handstands/handstand turns
cartwheel
back/front walkover
learning standing back tuck

Bars:
kip
back roll
open hip circle
45 degree handstand - huge fear for a full handstand
change bars by squatting on
kip high bar
exit backtuck, coaches wondering if i should start layout now.

I'm not amazing, but I love this sport and do it for pleasure!

COMMENT YOURS!!!!
to update me and others!

ROUTINES ALL THE TIME.

Polishing up my bar routine since my sole circle is very new & it's difficult to do an uprise out of it, need to work on that transition. Also need to cast higher for my castaway long kip & flyaway. Otherwise bars is great & I have full start value.

Beam is pretty good. just need more confidence and my CW-BT. Hopefully after my first meet I'll be ready for P3 beam, since I'm P3 everywhere else! Full start value.

P2 vault (fhs) is good. Just need to figure out where to put the springboard! Need a more consistent full but still have time to polish that. Full start value.

Floor is going well just gotta work on my dance. Full start value.

im currently working on basic front tumbling so
handsprings
fly spring
front tuck

also working on getting my handspring vault

I have only been doing gymnastics for a short while and being older and much larger than everyone else it will take me a while to get these basic skill, but I will be happy when I do.

I also do it for the fun of it, I have no reason to think I will ever be amazing but would love to improve.

trying to perfect my skills and basics
vault: yuchenko onto level 4 mat, tsuk, half on full off
bars: 1/2 pirouette, giants, layout flyaway, over shoot
beam: handspring handspring, round off handspring, round off tuck dismount
Floor: layout, half both back, front handspring front pike.:D:)

Routines, routines, routines!
On vault, I have a solid FHS, and I am learning a half-half.
On beam, Handstand (full), cartwheel, full turn, front handspring dismount. (Used to be a front tuck, but scary falls really don't help.)
On floor, Roundoff BHS BHS, FHS dive roll, 1 1/2 turn, leap-switch leap
On bars, kip-fhc, bhc, squat on, hb kip, underswing tap swing tapswing l5 dismount.
That's about it!
