Women Does anybody have any at home conditioning lists or schedules for that level of skill, or routine advice from other ADHD gymnasts?

I’m a gymnast in a very relaxed team. I’m not the strongest or the fastest or the one with the best form, but I do have the highest level skills of our team. Most are working what would be level 3-4, some level 2 and our age group is 11-15. I’m 13 and training level 5 and 6 skills. However, our coach is more on upskilling than conditioning. But I’m also not very strong and because I’m starting to train skills such as backhandsprings on beam and giants on bars, I need a lot of strength. I do plan on conferring with my coach but I also want to start doing conditioning at home. I also have ADHD, so it’s very hard for me to stick to routines. Does anybody have any at home conditioning lists or schedules for that level of skill, or routine advice from other ADHD gymnasts?

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
