sorry, no drills. but my coach says to think of it as a back extension roll.
 
search engine, i'm sure there are hundreds but i can't remember how good the search engine is here on CB.

the movement is like a back ext roll to HS.

your shoulders must not planche forward of the bar as you drop into the free hip, they actually need to be slightly behind the bar, off vertical.

master the cradle/candlestick on a bar. basically upside down in a hollow body. of course, your back ext roll should be hollow without bent or wide arms.
 
for the back extension roll i think is more like a giant but since you go to a handstand i guess it is the same but something we do at our gym is jump off of some mats and then you get more of a drop (you cant touch the bar)
