current routine is:

glide kip, cast handstand, sole circle to handstand, stalder to handstand, stalder to toe shoot to high bar, long hang kip, cast handstand, free hip to handstand, giant giant, flyaway.

I want to add a double back as a dismount and then a half turn plus overshoot or a front giant. Which one is easier to learn?

thank you

I think am overshoot personally, getting a good one to handstand is the harder part. However, I don't have a front giant so I'm kinda biased.

Well, taking into consideration that you need to have a blind or cal hop into the front giant, which requires more time etc... I would say the Bail is easier... Unless you have a blind, then it's a toss up.

Front giants are consistent. Once you get it, you should never miss it. I think a shoot to handstand is harder to do correctly. If one is not well conditioned I can see how front giants could be harder, but that should definitely not be the case. Just condition your core and handstands a LOT and you will be fine!
