HI ! I'm15 years old (will be 16 in 7 days) and I am about 5 foot 4 and I weigh 130lbs. I know this is too much and i need to loose weight. I am currently only training 3 days a week for 3 hours, but will start training 4 days a week in september. Can anybody give me a smaple diet of what I should be eating everyday and any tips to help me loose weight ?
