What a great meet! AWESOME that she accomplished the AA title and a 36 in her first L7 meet. The floor routine was great. I knew when you had posted what she was using for her floor music that it would be fantastic. Cait is a true inspiration and someone that our younger gymmies will look up to for many years to come. Keep us updated on her progress and post tons of videos for us all to enjoy!

That is so nice of you to say. I will make sure I show this to Cait tomorrow morning. She has a meet on Sunday at 2:00 but she was not feeling well when she went to bed last night. I hope she is feeling better tomorrow morning...

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
