WAG Re-Kip

Hi! I'm a level six, and I'm having trouble with the re-kip after the clear-hip on bars. My coaches keep telling me to roll my hips under, but I seem to be struggling with it. If you have any other strategies or advice I'd LOVE to hear it!!:)
 
If you push far away from the bar out of the clear hip, you end up getting a lot of momentum into the kip after the free hip. Too much and it can be hard to control.
