Have a gymnast who has had two elbow injuries and bars can be difficult. I am after SAFE drills for the following please.

1) HICCUP from low to high bar (that's what we call it in Australia) but toeshoot to high bar!

2) CLEAR HIP TO HANDSTAND

Thank you

Not sure what will and won't hurt her elbow, but...
-Toe shoot from a low bar to stand on mats stacked up to the height of the low bar. Then build up the mats higher. Also have her go through to her stomach on these.
-Toe shoot to stand on mats between the bars, catch the high bar.
-Clear hip handstands on strap bar
-Clear hips from a block to stand on the same block when she comes around. Make the block higher until she is almost at handstand.
-Spotted clear hips. Might have to force her up to handstand at first so she gets the feel of it. This one is the most helpful for me, personally, but of course it requires a lot of effort on the part of the coach.

If you want something fun, stack up mats to about halfway of the high bar height. Then, put a bounce bar on the mats and have her do handstands.
