Does anyone here do the Xcel program at their gym? It seems like this is starting to become the new trend. I'm worried it might take over the Girls Competitive program if we add it. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for this?
I just read this weekend in Technique that the Women's Program Committee voted that Excel will be under JO jurisdiction, but they haven't determined all the details yet. I think it could be a good thing to create more cohesiveness around the country in Excel. It would create national standards...
I just got home a couple of hours ago from my 2nd Silver meet this season!!
Overall, I think I had a great meet. The meet was a little less than an hour and a half behind, so, when we got there 30 minutes before Open Stretch was supposed to start, We had to wait quite a while.
