    USAG Floor Routines

    USAG Floor Routines? It's so interesting to see how USAG chorographed (sp) them where it's the same routine with increasing skill variations. Do you think that was to just avoid confusion in learning /teaching it or help gymnasts progress faster through the levels or a little of both. KWIM?

    UCLA Floor Routines

    Here's a great little video of some UCLA floor routines: 9QFr6eAQ6AY They have some great (unusual) routines there. Ariana Berlin's is the best, but I haven't been able to find a video of it. If anyone ever finds one, please post it.
