    OK Question on what type of vault is this???

    I am coaching a high school team and I have a girl who is doing a front handspring onto the board right into a front handspring onto the vault. It's looks really amazing but pretty sure it's not allowed. Does anyone know what this is called??? Thanks!

    Yurchenko vaults

    Just wondering How long does it take to learn how to do a yurchenko vault a year, 2 months are do you have to do drills for 5 years leading up to it ? Thanks :confused:

    My DD has been working a tsuk for Level 8. They are not consistent. Her coach started her on Full Off's last night. Does anyone know the start vaule for a full twist off the vault for L8?

    There seems to be some confusion at our gym regarding the Level 3 Vault. What is it suppose to be? One of dd's coaches is calling a handstand dive roll. And dd does a handstand and then rolls out of it. It doesn't look right, though. I've seen on youtube and it looks more like a dive forward...

    it is crazy i can understand maybe a small deduction for going before the green light BUT REALLY giving a zero at the olympics to someone who would have most likley placed is not right!!!!
