I just recently noticed several videos where teams are huddled before meets praying. Is this the norm in America? Where I'm from this would be deemed as inappropriate practise purely because of a wide range of faiths/non-religious in each gym.
I'm trying to get my ahead around it because...
this is purely out of curiosity, what's the difference if any between the two other than the fact they're in different locations! Also what's the benefit to them of having separate locations

Does anyone have any tricks,tips or techniques for getting 5-7 years old understand how to do'proper' splits. As in hips square,back knee under etc. A few of them or more or less perfect while the rest are all over the place, can't stay in a nice straight line.
I've a new group of 5 and 6 years in almost a pre-pre team type group! I'm looking for ideas as to what to spend the last 15 mins doing during flex. I'm finding with splits there too young to do it properly?
