    Fighting sleep before meets?

    How do I stop fighting sleep before meets? I usually can't fall asleep, or I can't fall asleep and fight sleeping when I get tired. That results in me falling asleep around 3:00 am, which drastically reduces my performance in meets. Any tips on how to get better sleep before meets?

    How do you get ready for a gymnastics meet?

    I take a shower, pack my gym bag with deodorant, comp leo, warmup,hair comb, hair clips, a scrunchie, phone, tablet, and a notebook. (I usually get up at 5:30-6:00 am) I also do my makeup.
