    WAG Nationals question regarding All-stars...

    Do the all-stars do the podium training with their region in the middle of the day in addition to their warmup at 6pm? Or do they just show up ready to go by 5:30? Trying to figure it all out. Thanks.

    WAG Holding ending pose for three seconds?!?

    I am hearing rumblings of a deduction on floor if you don’t hold your ending pose for three seconds. Really?!? I would like to know what the actual rule is. All I have been able to find is .5 if you don’t hold for one second. Thanks

    Would like to know if anyone has a way to stretch the arms and chest area out on a competition leo. Have done the crotch thing with the weights to make one longer….not sure if this would help the shoulders and chest. Anyone?

    We have a senior on our team who could possibly make nationals as a specialist, she is solely going to regionals as a specialist, so she is hoping...but we weren't sure how it all works....it says that the top four girls in each event who do not qualify as all arounders will make it for each...

    Parents Growth during the time off?

    Curious if your child has experienced growth during the time off. Puberty starting where it had not before, or puberty accelerated.
