    Level 6 State championships

    hi everyone i just came back from my level six state meet here are my results Floor-9.225- 1st Vault-9.125- 4th bars 7.4 i fell on my pulover and lost 8 tenths on it :( beam- 9.2- 2nd AA- 35.05- 4th i had soo much fun and im soo proud of my self im ready to work level seven!

    Level 6 UB Dismount

    For the USAG JO level 6 routine the dismount on bars is a flyaway. Some coaches teach a tuck and some a pike flyaway. I wonder if there are separate benefits to teaching one or the other, can anyone comment? TIA :)

    I have heard that there are gyms that do what they can to skip or minimize the time spent in Level 6. They'll get their Level 5 girls to get a mobility score in 6 and then move on to seven.
