What is the deduction for ommiting the bhs in the level 3 floor routine? What about if it was spotted? What about the deduction for bent arms in the bwd roll to pushup?
Hi, my coach and I have decided to use Aliya Mustafina's floor music from 2014 for my new floor routine, but I can't find a way to buy it. My coach also wants it at 1:15, and I think the original version is 1:30. Does anyone know a place where I could buy it/a way to cut it?
FIG rules say you can't have "Disney" music for your routine. Marvel is owned by Disney - does the music from The Avengers, Iron Man etc. count? I couldn't find anything, except an Avengers theme cut for floor music use on YouTube and someone else saying they'd used it without issue.
Back Handspring step out Layout step out on FLOOR:
When do you teach it?
How do you teach it?
What are prerequisites?
What levels should girls be doing this (training USAG)?
Is it a hard skill to learn?
My daughter is in level 8 and excited to choose her own floor music for the first time. She seems to like music that sounds "epic". She's middle of the road in terms of age and size. She's not particularly a power tumbler or a ballerina type.
I've never paid attention to floor music selection...
So DD has a song in mind for her new floor music, but we probably have to get it custom if the coach approves it. So does anyone have suggestions on where to get good custom floor music that isn't that expensive but has good quality? Also, can you let me know a) how much it cost b) what did you...

My daughter has just gotten her robhs and now she doesn't want to do it on the tumble track at all. She will do it into the pit but is way more comfortable on the floor. I'm at a loss of why. Can anyone help me as to why she will not do it?
She's only 7 so she doesn't give me much of an...
My university sports centre has recently been persuaded (by me) to have a rig fitted for the trampoline club to use during training. Myself and 2 other tramp coaches in the club are qualified to use it and it's been very useful so far.
The other day one of the cheer girls walked into the hall...
Anyone want to give a technology challenged Mom a clue as to how to add a beep at the beginning of floor music in mp3 format?
And yes, I've checked into having it added where I purchased it (online), but it is not an option. Was very nice about it, but it is just not something they do.
i need 3 songs. i have one picked out but i need more!! something from floorexpressmusic or energgymmusic would be good. i want something that isn't to fast or happy, not to slow either. I'm on xcel gold.
Is it a deduction if you step hurdle into the ROBHSBT instead of running into it (other than possible deductions for lack of power, form, etc)? If so, how much? Thanks!
