    Beam mount for L7?

    My DD cant decide on a mount for her beam routine and does a little "side saddle" hop up but wants something different. She is small and strong but needs a spring board for that one even. Any ideas about what some really neat beam mounts would be to give her some more to chose from and work...

    Level 7 Beam

    What is the requirement for the L7 beam jump pass? For example would flutter jump, spilt 1/4 be acceptable? Just wondering:). Thanks in advance.

    Parents Bailey's Level 7 Rock Star Invitational Meet

    Hi All, Back from Va, the Rock Star Invitational Meet. Bailey did really well, in the eyes of her mother anyway. Scoring was really tough with many lower than at most meets we attend. We thought they were not going to place but boy were we surprised. I guess they were low across the board...

    L7 Beam Time Limit

    Hi all! We have been struggling with OT on beam routine since DD changed her beam dance. What is the max time limit for USAG beam? Also, if she is halfway through her dismount (in the air on her front tuck) when the time bell rings, is that still a deduction for OT?

    Hi there. Is the level 7 vault judged the same as a level 6 or 5? If a gymnast consitently gets 9's as a 6 can she expect to get 9's as a 7 as well? Thanks.

    Parents Differences between L6 & L7

    Can someone please point out the differences between L6 & L7. While L7 is optional, it doesn't look like the routines are 'that' different than the L6 routines. Also, what skills are added in L7? TIA
