    Hey there, I seem to remember someone saying earlier this year that a series of RO, RO or CW, CW, or CW, RO wouldn't be allowed anymore because technically they cannot be directly connected. Can anyone confirm or debunk this?

    Age groups for level 7?

    I havent done club since I was 8 Ive been doing HS gymnastics but this summer I worked out with a team and now they want me to compete with them. I wanted to know what the age divisions usually are for level 7? Im 17 right now and im 18 in April. So like ages would I be competing against? thanks

    I have the old jo code of points and it is really expensive to buy a new one...are there any major changes in level 7? I am planning to compete level 7 aau this year (they use USA rules for beam, bars, and floor).

    My daughter is currently training L6 and is ready to compete State in Nov. Her coach has said she will have to wait an entire year to compete 7. Does it take a year to learn the skills? If she was trained now, the next 7 months could she be ready? She learned all of her L6 skills in 3 months...
