Our gym had a blast at the Great West GymFest. Love the format with the 2nd night "big show" event finals. The gym was packed and everyone was glued on the amazing athletes. The event was so fun to watch. I wished all meets were like this.

So latest meet. Under the weather...still with the flu but she got out there....and floor was lovely....I didn't get all the scores on video but thought they were a bit strict. Scores were fair across the meet...if you have any thoughts that would be great, if not...enjoy... MOM

My daughter and her friend could really use some help with a couple of events. I was wondering if anyone did video critiquing or knew who did them and of course as anonymously as possible. My daughter could use help on Vault and floor and her friend on beam. Any advice would be so helpful...

Is there such a thing? What is the deduction if so? DD claims it is .5, same as a complete fall. She said the beam was brand new and there was too much resistance so her foot just quit turning! Lol. This was her second level 4 meet.

Hi All, I just found this site last week. My 8 yr old daughter had her first level 4 USAG meet this weekend and is love to post her floor routine and get some honest feedback and critique. Having a hard time posting it from my iPhone video. Any suggestions? Thanks!
