    I have a gymnast who will be 14 in a couple months. She has never competed in USAG. I heard there's a way you can take a video of her skills and send it to them so she can start in L7 and not L5? She has the skills. Anyone done this before?

    Vault handspring VIDEO !!!

    Okay…one of my girls has a pretty good handspring on vault..but she can just not stick it. She has to make a pretty big step which leads in my country to a deduction of at least 0.5 ... Any idea how to get her to stick it ? Usually her first flying phase is better but this video gives an idea...
